US-based Senegalese R&B Star, Akon arrived in Accra, Ghana’s capital yesterday night.
He was welcomed by Ghana’s Entertainment business mogul and popular presenter Bola Ray at the Kotoka International Airport.
In an exclusive discussion with organisers who took care of his arrival, the “Locked Up” hitmaker is said to have 4 major agendas as he arrives in the capital to execute them and rush back to his camp. (Read More: Akon will be in Ghana this evening for 3 major reasons – check them out)
Information reaching GhKasa.com has it that, Akon is coming to promote his (2) albums released late this year, AKONDA (Afrobeat) album and El Negreeto (Latin) album, which both debuted number1 on their perspective album charts.
Secondly, he is here to talk about his upcoming music releases for 2020, including his Urban/Pop album, “Konnect”.
Thirdly, Akon is to stage a concert in Ghana come 1st quarter of 2020 which partners EIB Network’s Live Fm.
And lastly, the social impact projects that he has been actively working on, the Akon Lighting Africa Solar Project and AKOIN, his cryptocurrency that he is launching to assist with the development of Africa.
