Cabum calls HipLife Legends “GOATS”

Uprising hiplife artiste Cabum De Chedeshi took to Twitter to call legends of hiplife “Goats” in a video he posted.

The hiplife star who is also a producer, signed under OM RECORDS is the son of highlife legend Alhaji K. Frimpong of “Kyenkyen bi adi m’awu” fame. His versatility and style in rap has made him unique in the rap music scene.

The hiplife star uploaded a video on Twitter where he was seen calling hiplife legends like Reggie Rockstone, Lord Kenya, Obrafour, Okomfour Kwadee, Akyeame, Sidney, Promzy, and others “mponkye” in the Asante dialect which literally means “Goats” in English.

His video has sparked controversies on Twitter and most people are insulting him for raining what seems like insults on pioneers of hiplife music in Ghana.

Speaking to s close source of the rapper, he explained that Cabum meant no harm and by calling these legends “G.O.A.Ts”, he meant they were, ” The Greatest Of All Time”.But because he did it in wordplay, people did not get the understanding better”.

Not long ago, football legend Lionel Messi also posted a picture with a goat by him to signify that indeed, he was also a “G.O.A.T” (Greatest Of All Time).
