The photo which has gathered a lot of steam on social media has left many wondering who the young boy is.

In reacting to the photo, Don Little has claimed that indeed, he was the one that Joe Biden was kneeling in front of.
He took to his official Instagram handle to put the matter to bed once and for all and clear the doubt in the minds of those who were doubting the identity of the boy.
Don Little, after sharing the photo that was first posted by Joe Biden, captioned it: “I met US presidential candidate Joe Biden in the state.”
