Every talented person has a mentor. Someone they look up to and learn more about their craft from. These mentors influence their style of singing, their genre of music, their fashion sense and how they communicate to others in public.
Patapaa Amisty for some time now has hidden who he learns from and who inspires his fashion sense. And we believe you might have been wondering whom.

In an interview with Joy Entertainment News, the musician who got his breakthrough from his viral song ‘One Corner’, has revealed that his mentor is K.K Fosu, he added that he is a typical highlife artiste from what we all know him for as a hip life artiste.
“I like K.K Fosu, growing up I had always wanted to be like him. I pick my style from him and I sing like him, for me I call him my father”, he said.
“If you study keenly, I am a highlife artiste. In my latest song ‘Suro Nipa’, I did justice to it just like my father”, he added.
One would ask, did Patapaa learn his style of fashion from K.K Fosu?
