Kwaw Kese, also popularly called Abodam has come out saying that, he still smoke weed even though he was arrested and sent to jail for smoking in public years back.
Hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese, was arrested by the police in Kumasi, for allegedly smoking cannabis in public. He was arrested at a wine shop close to Plus Two pub at Nhyiaseo, a suburb of Kumasi.
When asked by Lex Bills earlier today on Joy Fm, whether he has calm moments, the rapper replied saying “Yes”. Kwaw when speaking to Lex Bills said he smokes to keep calm.

When questioned whether he still smokes after the Police case which lead to his arrest and spending weeks in prisons Kwaw Kese boldly admitted and he does it behind doors
“Of cause, the issue was public so if I’m doing it under my bed that’s me” He stated
Kwaw Kese also mentioned that, he does not believe in Ghanaian pastors especially Pastor Mensah Otabil. Kwaw noted that, after the collapse story of Mensah Otabil’s Capital Bank, he finds it difficult to listen to the man of God.
Kwaw Kese disclosed that, he doesn’t attend church so he saves tithe and uses them to feed the needy.
“I stopped listening to Pastor Mensa Otabil because of the brouhaha surrounding his dealings. When I see the pastors driving and living big lifestyles meanwhile their members suffer, it makes me not to attend church. I will rather go to Pantang or Nsawam to give my tithe to them than to give it to Pastors. I’m not against the word of God just that, I don’t attend church” Kwaw Kese stated
Over the month, Shatta Wale and Kwaw Kese is getting interesting as the Mad Time Entertainment man is out with a new one which is a diss to Shatta Wale. Shatta Wale also sparked another flame with a comment he made about Sarkodie and Kwaw Kese in an interview DJ Reuben on Luv FM.
Rapper Kwaw Kese has, in a tweet, advised Shatta Wale to be “real” in the Ghanaian music space. According to the Swedru-based rapper, Shatta Wale is always preaching about unity but never a man of his words.
Kwaw Kese has therefore advised the ‘Ayoo’ hitmaker to practice what he preaches and shun the lukewarm lifestyle.

Kwaw Kese was born in Agona Swedru in the Central Region of Ghana. He is an alumnus of Happy Home Junior Secondary School and Winneba Secondary School. In December 2014, Kwaw Kese was arrested by the Ghana Police Service in Kumasi for smoking cannabis in public, which he didn’t deny. He has since been put to court and tried.
On 23 April 2015, he was sentenced to one day in jail after being found guilty of smoking cannabis and made to pay gh¢1200 as fine.
