Senior judges in Kevin Guthrie’s appeals case reduced his former sentencing after winning the appeal.

The Fantastic Beast actor has been freed from prison after he appealed to the court to reduce his séxually assault prison term from three years to two.

According to the judges, his previous good behaviors and the impact of the case on his career should have been considered by the sheriff. Kevin Guthrie was accused of preying on a woman at a flat in Glasgow in September 2017.
