Ghanaian Hip-Hop/Afro-Pop artist, Linford Kennedy Amankwaa, better known by his stage name Ko-Jo Cue, has called on Medikal, Kwesi Arthur, Strongman and others to use the energy for collaborations instead of beef.
The trending issue now is about Medikal, Kwesi Arthur, Strongman and others beefing each other in new freestyles circulating social media.
In a tweet by Kojo Cue, the rapper mentioned he doesn’t see the beef as necessary.
I’m always torn when it comes to rap beef in Ghana because, on one hand I know what unity and concentration on a singular vision can do for us … on the other hand, rap is a contact sport and if you get hit, you are required to hit back … The fans enjoy it though. (1/2)
Kojo Cue stated that, it is better the beef is monetized than to separate.
I’d much rather we did collaborations instead of diss songs. We could go hard on songs together and let the fans hype over who killed who whilst making hit songs and monetizing the content. Nobody wins when the family feuds, except if the family monetizes the feud. (2/2)
