The incident happened when Oteng stated his opinion on a song by Enam which featured Lord Paper. In his opinion, the producer stated that the the rapper was poor as compared to what he expected of him.
Lord Paper, who didn’t take the opinion good faith took shades on Wei Ye Oteng and called him “A Fool” (Jimii).
