Opanka to start television show to promote underground artistes in Ghana

Ghanaian Hiplife artiste, Opanka has announced his upcoming project which is basically to help up and coming artistes otherwise known as underground artistes to blow in our world of music.

According to the Tema-based rapper, his new television show is dubbed ‘H-Tunez with Opanka’ and will be telecast on HelloAdipa Television.

He revealed that the television show when rolled out will engage numerous music talents as they showcase their talent to the world.

I’ve always dream of doing something as a way of giving back to society. This platform offers me the chance to engage some good talents in the country and I believe we will achieve positive results with this show,’’ he told Ghana News Agency in an interview.

He added that acts who will perform excellently will get signed onto various record labels in the country. As a result, Opanka urged underground musicians to capitalise on this opportunity of making their name in the showbiz industry.

But frankly speaking, Opanka as an artiste is seriously bleeding or if you like struggling to be heard in the music industry. Therefore, it beats the imagination of critical showbiz thinkers his motivation as he himself needs a push-up.
