Former manager of Joyce Blessing and CEO of Media Excel Production, Kwasi Ernest has hit prophet the founder and leader of APC, Reverend Obofour.

Most Television viewers will attest to the fact that Reverend Obofour is an interesting ‘Man of God’ to watch especially how his band has a tune for every dignifying and spiritual moment. It is so true that APC’s band is one of the best Church bands in the 21st century.

One thing that the renowned man of God is known for is how he embraces secular songs and his love for such songs, even to the extent of using them during his miracle hours. Well, like it or not, the man of God loves doing this everyday.

But renowned gospel artiste manager, Kwesi Ernest has revealed that the Asanteman Bofour’s attitude is a clear indication of what he calls the ’21st Century Madness’.

Speaking on the Christian Entertainment Review show on GNTV with Nii Noi, Kwasi Ernest who is a pundit, stated that that the kind of secular songs sang by the man of God in his church are contrary to what the scripture says about how believers should act in accordance with what the Bible teaches.

“I think he (Rev. Obofour), using his platform and telling church members to be singing songs from Shatta Wale and others in church, for it is 21st Century madness. Gospel is the word of God so we need to follow what the word says and not contrary to that. The Bible states clearly that anyone who wants to proclaim the name of Lord must portray a character like Christ. If we should allow certain behaviours in churches, then one of this days you will see people smoking shisha in churches.”, Kwasi Ernest fumed.

Well, Reverend Obofuor is yet to reply, but he was recently in the news for calling Shatta Wale the nation’s prophet and there have been several viral videos on the prophet on social media.
