Shatta Wale’s songs, “My Level” and “Ayoo” have been featured in a 2020 Netflix film production dubbed “Black Beach” which was shot in some part of Ghana.
The songs are heard enjoying rotation in the background of a club scene, with the people singing along. As the mood in the scene charged up, the DJ switched to My Level, which excited those on the dancefloor of the club.
Black Beach is action drama film directed by Esteban Crespo, and written by Esteban Crespo and David Moreno. The film stars Raúl Arévalo, Paulina García, Candela Peña, Claude Musungayi, Babou Cham, Lidia Nené and Melina Matthews. It primiered at 23 August 2020 on Málaga Film Festival.
