Black Stars skipper and former player of Deportivo De LA Coruña Sulley Muntari was seen training with Accra Hearts Of Oak on his holidays in Ghana.
Muntari was all over the news in April last for standing against racism in Football when he played for an Italian team called Pescara. During a Serie A match at Cagliari on 30th April 2017, Muntari left after his complaints of racist abuse were met with a yellow card. He was lauded by Fifa for his bravery against racism.
Muntari, who is currently not signed to any football club was seen training with the Accra Hearts Of Oak team in Accra. Rumors were that, Sulley Muntari was going to play with the Hearts of Oak team.
Speaking to Management of Hearts, it was disclosed that Sulley only came to train with the team and before he went, he gave each player a 100 dollar note.
