Today we want to talk about one real estate mogul name Dennis Appiah, who is doing very well in the industry.
In the real world of entrepreneurship, no successful person gets to the top without starting small from the bottom, and later they work their way up to the top.
Today on our personality profiling, we want to through a spotlight on one fine and stylistic Business Mogul who have been able to establish a good foundation and hit the main stream as a young CEO for DadaBa Group of Companies.
Dennis Appiah by name, was a young guy who had moved from his hometown Sunyani and later came to dwell in Accra after hard time experiences. During his stay in Accra in the year 2018, he faced a heavy flooding which swept away all his belongings and left him with nothing much to live on. Despite his earlier job as a decorator, this sudden disaster was what rekindled his thrive to venture into Works and Housing especially after battling the floods.
So after the incident he moved to East Legon even though the money on him wasn’t enough like a regular East Legon tenant who could confidently afford a single room..
Some few months after living in East Legon and knowing the neighbourhood so well, he started finding single rooms and apartments for people who wanted to rent or live in East Legon, and also people who wanted buildings to buy. He became a regular estate agent in East Legon even though he had not registered any company..
Now to the big story, his biggest breakthrough finally arrived when he got his “cut” of 10% after God led him-to sell a plush building to a rich client. He was able to sell a plush building to a client for a whopping $1,000,000 ( 1 million dollars) and got a 10% which is $100,000 (hundred thousand dollars). Dennis soon invested the 10% cut into many businesses, which have expanded till today.
He now have close to 15 different businesses with branches in Dubai and London, and currently the chairman of Dadaba group of companies.
In one of his post he wrote this to inspire people:
Don’t lag behind, you will have a beautiful to tell one day, so don’t cut corners, do things legitimately, you too will get here and we fly together, I’m waiting for you to come onboard. If we don’t meet personally, at least we’ve met here through this story. That’s the making of Dababa”
