Nick and Aaron Carter’s mom arrested for battery after alleged TV volume dispute

The mother of Nick and Aaron Carter allegedly got into a fight with her husband over the remote control for their television and wound up in jail.

According to law enforcement sources and as reported by TMZ, Jane Schneck was detained on Friday night after drinking alcohol with an adult member of her family and getting into a verbal fight that later turned physical.

We’re told Jane was listening to music so loudly on the TV, her hubby couldn’t go to sleep … and they had a confrontation over the remote.

According to our sources, he pulled out his phone to video the incident when Jane allegedly grabbed his wrist. He reportedly phoned the cops because he didn’t appreciate the way Jane touched him.

We’re informed that when police arrived at Jane’s Florida house, they watched a video on his cell phone and decided it was clear enough to make an arrest for battery.

According to online records, Jane was arrested early on Saturday. After eventually posting a $100 bond, she was let go that night.

Her husband reportedly wasn’t hurt and didn’t want to go to the hospital in the meanwhile. The married life.
