Tate, who was previously banned from social media but later allowed back on Twitter by Musk, made the offer on Thursday.
He expressed his desire to restore honor and offered his training services to Musk, stating that he would ensure Musk’s victory. However, Musk has not yet responded to Tate’s offer.
The challenge between these two billionaires originated from comments made by Musk and other Twitter users regarding Meta’s potential development of a Twitter-like app that could compete directly with the platform.
Musk responded to a report on this matter, expressing skepticism and implying that having only one option, controlled by Zuckerberg, would not be ideal for users.
When a user mentioned that Zuckerberg practices Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) and cautioned Musk to be careful, Musk expressed his willingness to enter a cage match with him.

Musk, known for his humorous tweets, clarified that he was serious about this particular challenge.
FOX Business has reached out to both Musk and Zuckerberg for their comments on the matter.
Interestingly, Tate’s offer to Musk came just a day before he faced serious legal charges in a Romanian court. The 36-year-old was accused of r@pe, human trafficking, and involvement in a criminal gang that exploited women.
The court has extended his house arrest by 30 days. Tate was arrested near Bucharest, Romania’s capital, in late December, along with his brother, Tristan. Two Romanian women are also facing charges in connection with the case.
This week, DIICOT, the agency conducting the investigation, requested an extension of the house arrest as they continue their legal proceedings. According to Romanian law, the judges have 60 days to decide whether the case should go to trial.
