Deion Sander could lose foot due to medical complications
Due to continued medical issues, Deion Sanders may need to have more toes, or even his entire foot, removed.
Colorado University’s head football coach, Sanders, recently uploaded a video of a meeting with his doctors in which they discussed the most recent developments in his health.
In the video, Sanders reveals that the bottom of his foot no longer “at all” feels. He also disclosed that he does not intend to continue running.
Later in the conversation, Sanders’ physicians warned him he would need to have more toes or even his entire foot amputated.
“He could lose the foot,” Jacobs said. “That’s a risk.”
Watch the video below to see Sanders’ whole interaction with his doctors.
Sanders would like to undergo any necessary medical procedures before the 2023 college football season begins so he can lessen any outside distractions.
It’s currently unclear if any procedures are scheduled between now and then.
We wish Sanders the best during this difficult medical journey.
