Raymond Rashid Kramer appointed as Deputy CEO for Human Resource & Administration at GEPA

The Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) has appointed Mr. Raymond Rashid Kramer as its new Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources & Administration.

His appointment marks a significant step toward enhancing the authority’s internal capacity and strategic operations.

Mr. Kramer brings a wealth of experience in human resource management, administration, and organizational leadership. In his new role, he is expected to spearhead initiatives that will strengthen GEPA’s human capital, streamline administrative processes, and enhance workplace efficiency.

Additionally, his leadership is expected to play a crucial role in advancing key programs such as the Youth in Export initiative, the Accelerated Export Program—a strategic campaign promise aimed at boosting Ghana’s export sector—and the Export School, which provides training and capacity-building for businesses looking to scale internationally.

Expressing his enthusiasm about his new position, Mr. Kramer emphasized the importance of teamwork and strategic planning in achieving GEPA’s objectives as well as positioning Ghana strongly on the international market.

He stated,
