Inaki Williams score for the third time in same match
Today's encounter against Espanyol saw the brothers lead the squad to a surprise victory, their third goal in the same game.
Inaki and Nico William, who had previously scored in the same La Liga game against Almeria and Rayo Vallecano in September, have done so once more.
Today’s encounter against Espanyol saw the brothers lead the squad to a surprise victory, their third goal in the same game.
When Gabi and Diego Milito scored goals for Real Zaragoza against FC Barcelona in 2005, they are the first brothers to score in the same LaLiga Santander match for any team.
“3ª – La de hoy ante el Espanyol es la tercera ocasión en que los hermanos Williams marcan en un mismo partido en @LaLiga con el @AthleticClub tras hacerlo ante Almería y Rayo Vallecano (ambas en septiembre de 2022). Linaje”. 🦁

The Black Stars striker expressed his admiration for the work of art by responding to it with starry-eyed emojis.
Williams played as Athletic Bilbao and Getafe split the La Liga victory on Sunday.
On Tuesday night, the former Spanish international will captain his squad against Osasuna in the Copa Del Rey semifinal second-leg matchup.
In June 2022, Williams changed his nationality to play for Ghana. Since then, he has made eight appearances for the Black Stars, with his debut coming against Brazil in a friendly match in September of the previous year.
He participated in the Ghana team that went to the Qatar World Cup in 2022.
